DBAF deal in Mobilizing and bringing community people together in the African continent to promote activities which promote development like modern agriculture to increase monthly earnings in the households and food security and education according to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Number 1, 2, 3 and 4 agenda.
The aim is to promote sustainable development in rural communities in Africa through encouraging the people within their communities to embrace agribusiness development, protection of the environment and other formal and informal businesses at all levels adding synergies and efforts to what other stakeholders have done and are still doing.
Being a continent with rich volcanic soils, the inhabitants are farmers alongside other activities who live below the poverty lines (the biggest population are peasants),thus, face a wide range of challenging conditions among which include; poverty, unemployment, landslides due to poor land management methods, poor agricultural yields due to inadequate agricultural management skills and practices, over population, poverty, lack of agricultural management skills, lack of value addition technologies and ignorance among others.
This has greatly lowered the process of social economic development in our rural communities and the upcoming towns. As a result, Dream Build Africa Foundation is here purposely to promote social economic development and prosperity among the different communities that live in this continent through promotion of climate smart agriculture while working with different stakeholders who include government ministries, government agencies, Development Partners, private sector, CBOs, Civil Society Organizations, Cultural institutions amongst others.

In Uganda and many Africa countries, women face a number of challenges ranging from having no access to assets and productive resources, exposure to gender violence, unpaid work to being forced into early marriages. These factors and many others make a greater reduction in the ability of women to fully participate in activities that bring about empowerment and economic growth. Women cannot get access to formal bank loans because they lack permanent employment and security to offer as collateral. They face higher constraints in accessing start-up and growth funds. Women access 9 % of the available credit and 26% of the total population in Uganda live in poverty and struggle to earn a living
